    Mould Development

    The finalized CAD design is used to develop a precise production mould. The mould is carefully prepared to reproduce the required jewellery shape and intricate details. Proper mould development ensures consistency across production.

    03 Stage 03 of 10

    Silver Casting

    Silver is melted and carefully cast using the developed mould to create the basic jewellery form. Controlled casting helps achieve accurate shapes and fine detailing. The cast components are then prepared for subsequent manufacturing stages.

    04 Stage 04 of 10

    Stone Setting

    Where required, stones are precisely set into the cast silver components. Skilled artisans carefully position and secure each stone according to the design. This stage adds intricate detailing and enhances the final jewellery appearance.

    05 Stage 05 of 10

    Artisan Work

    The cast components undergo detailed manufacturing and artisan work to achieve the desired design. Skilled karigars shape, assemble and refine individual components with precision. This stage brings the jewellery design closer to its finished form.

    Finishing and Polishing

    The jewellery undergoes detailed finishing to refine edges, surfaces and intricate details. It is then polished to achieve a smooth and refined appearance. Careful finishing enhances both the look and overall presentation of the jewellery.

    BIS Hallmarking

    Eligible silver jewellery undergoes the required BIS hallmarking process for purity verification. The jewellery is tested and hallmarked through the applicable authorised process. This provides assurance of silver purity and compliance with applicable standards.

    Quality Inspection

    Each jewellery piece is carefully inspected throughout the final quality-checking stage. Weight, finish, detailing, workmanship and overall appearance are examined against production requirements. This helps ensure consistency and quality before dispatch.

    B2B Packaging

    Finished jewellery is carefully organized and packed according to B2B order requirements. Products are prepared for secure handling and transportation while maintaining proper order identification. Packaging is completed with attention to product safety and order accuracy.

    Documentation & Dispatch

    We only deal in 100% advance payment, Raw Silver, RTGS and Bank Silli acceptable.
